Web Applications, CMS, and Web Technologies

We develop dynamic, database driven websites or web applications, which allow you to update images and content of the website page with little or no programming knowledge. Predominantly it will be systems that interconnect and/or require desktop or office data. We even have our own content management system named QOR3 (core), which allows you to edit your own website.

Lately we are asked can you do Web 2.0? Do you use Ajax?
The answer is a resounding yes to both. We have actually been using the underlying mechanisms in our code for years, before the slightly more focused tools and marketing has come around.

Terms used to describe what we do?

Content Management Systems, Server Side Applications, WebTop, Web Applications, Web driven software, custom web clients, back-ends, the engine. And we utilize all sorts of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XMLRSS, RDF, and basically all the other open standards.

website design / development

Although, we usually work in ASP.NET, if you prefer php, we also have a few part-time website designers who can help you develop your website.
What is Web 2.0?

There are many definitions flying around, and many of them are correct, as it heavily depends on your point of view. Our general definition of Web 2.0 is broken into two portions, one for the general passing comment, and one more technical.

Simple Definition
Web 2.0 is where Desktop meets the Web. Where your desktop connects/interacts with web-based data. Make it work more like a desktop app, without it really being on the desktop entirely.

A broader definition
Web 2.0 is connectivity, aggregated content and versatility of service in a cross platform, cross device era. Your content must be more "available", across desktop, device and platform. These services must be available for individuals and communities, always connected. Web 2.0 is also about pushing developers, designers to create a more rich user experience than ever before.
