LanP3 2.06 is available

A few thread exceptions where being thrown by version 2.05, so it was felt that 2.06 should replace 2.05 rather quickly.

One particular error, found by Warren Boone, is now fixed, which caused LanP3 to stop altogether.

Release History items include
1. Added: A list of registered users for Lanp3 web is now displayed in the server status web screen.
2. FIXED: TrackDisplay forward and next buttons would sometimes not display, if the status of the first media file to be played could not be determined.
3. FIXED: A Thread Exception was thrown when attempting to display an error to the Admin window.
4: Tweaked CPU algorithm for Indexing.
5. Added: A new sub system called "Genre resolution" was created. This is behind the scenes metadata correction.
